유가가 급등한 이유 The reason for sky-rocketing oil prices

지구의 석유로 때는 지옥불

The fires in Hell are fueled with crude oil from Earth

 

염라대왕             : 한국에서 온 아줌마들 태우는 불길 쎄게 하고 있는 것 맞지?

Lord of the Dead :  Is the heat turned high enough to burn Korean housewives?

 

부관                   : 예, 근데 한국 아줌마들이 이승 찜질방에서 얼마나 궁둥이들을 지져댔는지 웬만한

                            불길에서는 사우나를 하듯 흐뭇한 얼글들은 하고 있습니다요.

Executioner        : Yes, Lord. But they are so used to sitting in Korean-style saunas while they were

                            alive, that no matter how hot the flames are, they seem to enjoy them, as if this

                            was just another sauna.

 

염라대왕            : 뭣이? 그래서 지옥불길을 최고로 뜨겁게 활활 타 올리라고 했지 않느냐?

Lord of the Dead : What? But I told you to trun the heat all the way up to maximum, didn't I?

 

부관                   : 하지만, 대왕님. 지금도 한국아줌마들 태우느라 과거보다 기름을 훨씬 많이 갖다 쓰는

                           바람에 유가가 급등해서 난리들인데 더 높이다가는 지구 기름이 금방 바닥나버릴

                           것입니다. 

Executioner        : We did that, Lord. Since we had to bring so much oil from Earth to burn Korean

                            women, that people who are still living, are suffering from sky-rocketing oil prices.

                            If I turn up the heat any more, I'm afraid there will be no oil left in Earth.

 

그러자 염라대왕이 한마디 툭 던졌다.

Then, Lord of the Dead threw a word.

 

"괜찮아. 아직 중국에는 찜질방이 별로 없거든."

"That's okay. There aren't many Korean-style saunas in China yet."
